Flat is cheap to run.
Nearest shops and bus stop are 2 mins away - on Western Road.
Great location - youre in the middle of everything that Brighton has to offer, but the flat is the top floor so quieter then street level ones.
Beach and the well known Embassy Court at bottom of the road.
Easy access for getting to promenande for Sunday strolls.

I'm a bit sad to leave the flat actually! It's been the perfect place for us. It has a lovely kitchen, huge bathroom (and fantastic shower!). Waterloo St is a good place to be, it's an easy work into town for work, and it's only five minutes to everything else, the supermarket, gym etc, and of course the beach is just at the end of the street. It always feels nice to come home here, and especially in the winter, it's cosy and easy to heat. And I've always felt pretty safe & secure with the flat being tucked away up here. I really can't think of anything bad to say!
