Chef De Partie Boutique Hotel
My client is an exclusive 4* Boutique Hotel with a 2 AA Rosette restaurant that boasts exquisitely decorated rooms, conference rooms and a thriving wedding trade who are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie.
You will be responsible for producing food to a high standard in a busy and vibrant kitchen and running your own section including ordering and health and hygiene.
To apply for this position you will be an organized Chef de Partie with bags of personality and passion for food. Additionally you will have previous experience in a minimum of 1 Rosette environments and be versatile and flexible in your approach to work.
Our client is able to offer fabulous working environment a basic salary between £16'000 - £18000, 28 days holiday including bank holidays.
