Hi - my name is Chris.

Soon I am going to be starting a voluneering project with a charity called Triumph Over Phobia.

The aim of the project is to run a weekly group where people who suffer from OCD and phobias can attend and get help. We would simply promote the group here in Brighton by handing out marketing materials to places of interest.

The group would run weekly and we would be using a form of therapy known as self graded exposure. This therapy is quite simple and it would seem easy to apply.
