Care Staff (Senior Carer and Healthcare Assistants) for Care / Retirement Homes

Area:
- East and West Sussex

Requirements:
• The ability to care for both individual and /or a group of patients
• Self motivation
• The ability to work as an effective team member
• Outstanding patient care and interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage difficult situations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with a wide range of people
• Excellent decision making and capable of using own initiative

Qualifications:
Healthcare Assistants: NVQ2-3 or experience

Carer: Experience, idealy NVQ 2 or NVQ 3

Car Drivers preferable!
