The house is near Brighton General Hospital, Royal Sussex County Hospital, Sussex Eye Hospital and The Royal Alexanda Children's Hospital.
It is a short walk (3 min) away from No 2 bus stop, taking you into town or over to Woodingdean/Rottingdean. It is also easy to access the bus routes 21, 22, and 81. It is possible to walk into town (30 mins) and the beach (20 mins there but about 40 mins back due to hill!)
However there is plentiful free parking outside.
There is a decked garden area.
The house is also shared by 2 cats and a dog so you must be a pet lover.
Due to only short lets available would suit someone on placement/secondment in the health service, or similar.
References will be required, as will a deposit.
The rent includes bills.
