We are a very new innovative childcare setting in the heart of Hove that is ready to expand to the next level.

The position on offer requires a qualified, dedicated and motivated new member of staff who can share in our excitement and enthusiasm in these early stages and add to our very happy close (so far small) team.

The setting itself is beautiful with a fantastic garden and completely open plan layout geared directly at the EYFS requirements.

The successful applicant needs to have NVQ 3 or equivalent and substantial supervisory Nursery experience.

They will be required to think on their feet, direct others, work with different age groups and turn a hand to all areas of the running of the setting.

They must be very familiar with the EYFS and be experienced in high quality observations and planning.

They must also have outstanding communication skills and be prepared to carry out tasks such as high quality consultation.

For the successful person there will be very exciting opportunities for promotion
as the setting grows.

Salary £14k pa
