Our client, a medium size recruitment agency based in Brighton, has a vacancy for a permanent Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

Key attributes sought are:

- able to provide an outstanding level of service to clients

Duties and responsibilities include:
- composing attractive job advertisements
- running project based recruitment drives
- sourcing suitable candidates through internal database searches
- matching candidate skills against set job criteria
- evaluating candidates
- discussing and promoting job opportunities with potential candidates
- building and managing relationships with clients

Skills required include:
- excellent communication skills
- computer literate
- good client facing skills

Basic salary £16,000 pa. Benefits include commission, health cover, pension plan, a Blackberry, gym membership.
