I am looking for a responsible female professional (or a student with references) to share a 2 bedroom flat on Buckhingham Road.

Its a small (but nice)single room with high ceilings bright in a lovely Victorian conversion first floor flat. Has marble fireplace, modern decor and IKEA kitchen and bathroom.
Only 5 mins from the station and city centre.

Rent is all inclusive (gaz, eletricity, council tax, TV) except the phone.

I'd like a sociable, considerate, tidy flatmate but no party animals please!
