We have a large double room for rent in our flat on hove seafront, the room is about 14ft2 and has a big 6ft window with window seat and seaviews. high ceilings, stripped wooden floors, fireplace and built in wardrobes. Nice and light and there is a kingsize bed which has to stay

Sharing with myself and girlfriend, plasterer and nurse mid 20's, friendly outgoing. Pretty chilled in the week as work pretty hard but do like a few beers and it does somtimes turn into a midweek bender which is never good the next day. I love Kitesurfing, snowboarding, camping, and cooking up a bbq down the beach so fingers crossed the suns continues (he says as it rains)

We are not a coupley couple, not all over each other (had alot of people asking so just to let you know)

The flat is homley and were looking for someone for make this place there home too, not looking for someone to pass in the kitchen every now and then. But the room is definatly big enough for you to have your own space, could even fit a sofa in there.

Were aout 30 mins walk from brighton centre, 10 min walk from george street and 1 min walk to the nearest watering hole.

Parking is permit only but theres not waiting list and its £25 a quater, if no car there is a bus stop at the top of the road with 24hr buses that run every 5 mins during the day and 30 mins at night.

Its £600 rent pcm inc /tv licence/wireless/all bills/01-02 numbers (£500- deposit required also)

The room is avalible until december as were off travelling then so come and have a wicked summer
