Based on the ancient principles of acupuncture, EFT is a simple tapping procedure that gently realigns the body's energy system, without the discomfort of needles. Unlike other energy healing methods, EFT incorporates an emotional element to the healing process, addressing unresolved emotional issues as a likely cause of physical disease, psychological dysfunction, and personal performance limits.

Subrideo EFT runs accredited Level 1 introductory and Level 2 practitioner courses in Brighton, Hove and surrounding areas. Our courses are very practical and our trainers bring their experience as practising therapists to make the courses unique and based on real life use of EFT.

Subrideo EFT was set up by Energy Therapist Lee Turner to bring a new and fresh approach to EFT. As an NLP Practitioner, I bring a different approach, taking students to the 'cutting edge' of meridian energy therapy and its many uses. NLP is the 'science of language' and we use it to enhance EFT practices. By doing this we cannot only to help eliminate mental, emotional and physical problems, but also ensure we leave our clients and our students feeling positive about the future and in a different place to where they started.

Our courses are accredited by the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques (AAMET) and your practitioner certificate will enable you to join and be listed as a practitioner on the AAMET website.
