Double Room in Brunswick Area (£400 pcm)
Double room available in very spacious house in the Brunswick area, from November 20th.
Reason for sublet is i'm going away to South America for 6 weeks. I'm looking for someone who would ideally take the room from the 20th of November to the 1st of January (6 weeks) - I would therefore ask a total of 550 pounds for the whole stay. Price includes all bills, council tax, internet, etc.
The house is shared with 3 others in their late 20's. 2 postgrads and I professional. The room itself is very nice and spacious, with 2 big windows, a large double bed, a desk, wardrobe, and a bathroom shared with 2 other housemates.
We also have a huge living room, a patio area, a garage, and a lot of storing space.
If you are interested please get in touch, but only if the dates suit you. I can possibly stretch the dates a bit longer into January if required.
