I am looking for either a property to rent that has space to set up a business and an upstairs living area, OR a house and a space to set up a business.

The house can be 1 or 2 bedroom, must accept a small well trained dog. Location is not too much of a problem, but within a few miles of Brighton

The business property would ideally consist of a reception room, a back room, and a toilet and sink. If at all possible modifications would be made to the property as it would need to be decorated and have hygienic surfaces.
