I know I'm not strictly offering anything to rent, however I'm hoping to find a nice flat or house share for me and my lovely (well behaved) cat and thought I'd give this section of Gumtree a try! I currently live in a hideously priced 1 bed place, in not the nicest of areas and I'm looking for somewhere nice to call home for a couple of years.

I'm looking for a good-sized unfurnished room, in a friendly and relaxed house/flat share with a garden in the Hove area, that would also allow a cat. I can pay up to £450 including bills and up to £400 excluding bills, but I can be flexible for the right place.

I work full-time in a (very dull) 9-5 in Hove, I love to cook and am reasonably tidy (but not to the point of obssession). I'm laid back, reliable and always pay my bills/rent on time, enjoy a natter and a cuppa in the evenings and am definitely not what you would call a party animal, but do enjoy the odd house party!

My cat is very sociable, talkative and will be your bestest friend ever if you feed him! He goes out exploring during the day and will curl up with you in the evening. I'm really not sure how he'd cope living with other cats as he's used to being the only cat in the household.
