The flat is lovely and the room is a large double with fitted wardrobe and a new carpet. There is a lovely courtyard garden too (a rare thing in this town )....It's in a quiet road in central Hove near Palmeira Square. 2 seconds away from the sea

A bit about me:

I am a single female who works hard in the week and plays hard at weekends .... I work at Juice (Local Brighton radio station)....I love eating yummie food and watching movies during the week, seeing live bands and partying hard at weekends.........My music tastes include indie, rock and electro

This room/flat would suit a like minded pro female on a 6 month term to start with.

The monthly cost will be £580 (including all bills ) £440 before hand...The room is offered UNFURNISHED.....The flat is furnished with my things but you may add to it if you have stuff ?

Come and see the flat and have a chat. My current Housemate is flexible as to when she moves out so the house is available now or maximum of up to 4 weeks from now.
