We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic franchise chef who is serious about developing a reputation for excellent, traditional pub food in our independently owned and operated establishment. Our current chef is taking around £250/week in sales but in recent years franchisees have managed to get this to £800/week, including up to 60 covers for a Sunday lunch session.
