Short term temporary contract lasting approximately 2-4 weeks.

Duties to include:

- To complete inspections of both work in progress and at completion to ensure the standards of service delivered by all staff meet the company's standards, are customer focussed and completed effectively both in terms of cost and programme.

- To provide technical support and recommendations to Production Managers and trades staff in relation to Responsive and Void inspections.  

- To work with customers to review standards and recommend revisions to these particularly with regard to achieving innovative solutions.

- To be an active member of the Martlet Build Management Team and other corporate teams within Martlet Homes as required.

- To ensure that all information and data with regard to the works is recorded in an agreed and accurate manner to the company's management systems.

- To ensure that all matters with regard to Health and Safety are addressed, and that the company carries out all works in a safe and efficient manner.  Any concerns with regard to Health and Safety are to be referred to your manager and the Health and Safety Manager.

- To ensure that action is taken and recorded to address any concerns or under-performing areas within the business.

- To ensure that work carried out by contractors and all materials that are procured for the works are done so in accordance with the company's standing orders.

- To monitor and ensure that all targets such as quality, timescale and cost are met.

- To ensure that the company assets are protected and report any perceived threats to the company.
