JOB TITLE: FULL-TIME / PART-TIME
DIVISION: FOOD AND BEVERAGE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Attend to guest’s needs and desires immediately.
•Maintain the grooming standards of all employees.
•Maintain a harmonious relationship with members of staff in all departments.
•Have a full knowledge of the food and beverage service policies and procedures.
•Maintain superior levels of food & beverage service to guests.
•Ensure that the staff’s product knowledge is at an acceptable level.
•Comply with, and ensure adherence to all of the policies & procedures.
•Ensure that all areas are stocked to appropriate par levels.
•Maintain an effective reservations system for table bookings.
•Ensure all beverage requisitions are performed on a daily basis and are filled out correctly.
•Ensure all cashiering policies and procedures are followed.
