What We’re Offering:

Hello everyone we have a large, well equipped and maintained rehearsal studio in the heart of Brighton Mariana

Fully kited with great amps, drums, pa, piano

The room is also a live room for a recording studio, so it has been sound treated and the acoustics are fantastic

The studio has a great energy and the surrounding marina area is beautifully chilled for taking breaks

We have to 2 rehearsal slots becoming available (from now!) for bands to come and use

Evenings or days – (flexible on days but when decided needs to be regular)

Either for 3 hours or 5.

£25 for 3 hours, or 35 for 5. That’s it folks! All back line hire included, (even snare and cymbals if you wish!) – NO EXTRA COSTS!

We will provide a drum kit/bass amp/2 guitar amps/electric piano/piano/mics/ stands and a PA

All the equipment is well maintained and cared for. We are musicians not businessmen and care how our studio is – that means no coming in and drum kits felts are missing! Or there some hold in one of the skins, or one of the amps is buzzing.

No, just plug in and play, isn’t that nice!



What we’re looking for

Well this studio is an absolute bargain for what you get!

In exchange for this bargain we are looking for bands who rehearse regularly, who are willing to take there slot as a residency and pay up front for there months usage

We are also looking for musicians who will treat the studio and the equipment with respect, so it is a nice place for everybody to make music
