fantastic furnished real nice double room available, big wardrobe and table, nice queen sized bed, in mindblowing house!
we've got wireless, washing machine, free uk landline calls in evening, water, electricity, gas, bbq, virgin tv package with tonnes on demand, and parking if u need it.

we're 3 students in our 20s and live in a beautiful house with a conservatory, terrasse, garden, big garage, view over all of brighton, sun all day, address is canfield road, bit up the hill but believe me its worth it. 3 minutes to convenience store, 5 minutes down to bus 25 which runs all night long and during the day every 5 minutes. 15 minutes to the seafront in the city center with the bike or 10 minutes by bus.

u can have the room for any time period between june and end of august!
it can also be two of you if ur ok with sharing a bed.
