Customer Service Assistant required for forward thinking travel company (part-time 24 hours p.w)

Skoosh is a fast growing hotel booking company. We offer hotels across the world and our customers are also widely international. We have a current team of fifteen and we now need someone to assist our customers, working evening hours in our cozy Brighton office.

We pride ourselves at Skoosh in having the best customer service in the travel industry. Whether they’re browsing, booking or complaining we listen to our customers and let them tell us how they want our service improved.

The role will involve all nature of customer services from assisting customers booking, reading through their reviews and corresponding with suppliers. It’s the kind of job that takes someone who really cares to do it well. Beyond the immediate role of reservations everyone at Skoosh works together to develop the company. You may find yourself involved in marketing, branding and even I.T. discussions.

Successful applicants should have:

~ Experience within customer service
~ Excellent computer skills including a high standard of email correspondence
~ An excellent phone manner
~ Conversational level of a second (non-English) language

There are 3 x 8 hour shifts – 2 during the week and 1 one on the weekend. The evening shifts are currently 4-12 and the weekend one is 1-9

Starting salary will be £8 per hour.

Start date: ASAP
