There are two double bedrooms, two toilets, one up one down. large living room and largish kitchen. A vestibule/cloakroom is at the front of the house. it's newly double glazed has gas central heating. New carpets upstairs and on the stairs.

The garden is large and there's a lovely little patio just outside the back door. front garden is small and kept by the H/A who trim the grass which is included in the rent of 97 pounds a week. Council tax band C......

Family area, neighbours are lovely. I have been here for 5 yrs without incident..House has a drive and a car park opposite..

I never use the garden. This is a truly lovely family home, must be seen....

I am looking to downsize, so a one or two bed flat is suitable for my needs. I am not looking for a council block. A conversion would be ideal. I don't want to go further than after portslade and definately don't want East Brighton
