Head Chef, Fresh food, popular concept, Brighton!

My client is looking for an experienced Head Chef to join their team at this new Farmers Market style café.

Expanding Growing Award Winning

Currently operating with 2 sites, with a third on the way plus more openings in early 2010

The company comes highly recommended by some of the industries most respected press and has already won numerous industry awards.

As the Head Chef you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen and management of a team of 6 to 8 chefs. The role would suit a Head Chef who is passionate about delivering good food and service and be able to work under pressure.

As the Head Chef you will be a good all rounder and excellent team player who can work on their own initiative. It is preferable to have worked in a quality restaurant or outside caterers and have a solid career history.

The role involves using great and unusual produce to produce top quality food for customers in the restaurant and outside catering.

Working fantastic hours, on a Rota system, you will be well rewarded for your hard work and offered excellent career progression.

Salary Offered: Up to 30k dependent upon experience plus a fantastic bonus
