We have a great opportunity to work in a Call Centre that is new to Brighton. However this is a call Centre with a difference, not only will you be doing rewarding work, you will also be part of a lively team, with fantastic opportunities for career development.

Successful applicants will be calling on behalf of well know registered charities such as Cancer Research UK and the Red Cross. You will be contacting the existing supporters of these charities, so there is NO cold calling involved. You will be providing a follow up call to offer the supporter further information and to see if they could possibly donate.

What we need

• Great professional communication skills.
• Lots of energy and enthusiasm.
• A minimum commitment of 6 months.
• Previous charity fundraising experience is not necessary but a definite bonus
• The commitment to work at least 14 hours and three evenings a week.

You can pick your hours from the following available shifts;
Mon – Fri 1.30 – 9.00
1.30 – 5.00
5.30 – 9.00
*Limited saturday shifts also now available*

* This position is flexible. You must work a minimum of 14 hours every week but you can change your hours every week*
