I am looking for someone who wants to rent my room while I am away in December and January. The shared house is located in the north lanes just about 3 minutes walking distance from brighton station. The room has double bed, furniture, tv, etc. There is a nice bathroom, kitchen and patio. I am asking for 350 per month (or equivalent) including all bills, internet, etc. Please email if interested.
