Sam's of Brighton is a small bussling bistro in the heart of Kemptown, we are looking for part time staff who must have at least one years experience in a quality restaurant environment and speak fluent English. We are a small team and week to week shifts will be variable so FLEXIBILITY is essential. We would require applicants to be available week night evenings and weekends. We will only interview any applicants who are able to present a c.v with at least two references .
