I am recruiting for a luxury country house hotel in West Sussex with an opportunity for a Bar & Lounge Waiter with a 4 or 5 star hotel background.

The successful candidate will have excellent beverage knowledge and be familiar with cocktail making. You must have 5 star standards of customer service, work well within a team and be highly professional.

The salary on offer is £15000 + £4000 in service charge.

Own transport is essential.
