Sommelier Job Description
Joining a small team in this rosetted 50 cover restaurant, you will be responsible for all aspects of the wine service and cellar management. The hotel provides excellent training and are looking for someone who would like to build a career in this department. As the restaurant has a small team, you will also be expected to help in the food service. The restaurant is closed on set days, with set days off - approximately 39 hours per week.

Sommelier Required Experience
This sommelier position is suited to a current wine waiter or commis sommelier with real passion for wine.
A real team player, with excellent communication skills.
Excellent spoken English.

Sommelier Salary and Benefits
