I need a room or bedsit for a work placement starting Monday Jan 4th untill the end of Feb.
I'm aware the time of year is tricky so I will obviously consider something available from some time in Dec.

I am a mature student (28) in my final year on a work placement at a local school, either a house or flat share would be ideal, I'm a sociable, clean, tidy and considerate housemate and would like to live with similar!

Parking would be ideal but I know this is tricky in Brighton so I'm not making it a must.
