A Care Home Manager is required to join this national organisation in the creation and development of a brand new domiciliary service in Haywards Health, West Sussex.

As a Care Home Manager you will be responsible for creating, implementing and delivering care plans to a range of clients throughout the surrounding area, the primary client group will be the Elderly. You will also have the opportunity to provide an informative and challenging training plan for new staff as they join you at this organisation.

You will also be responsible for leading a team of care workers, therefore you should possess the ability to lead by example and provide a professional, client focused and reliable service at all times.

To be considered for this position you will be qualified to NVQ 3 or NVQ 4 in Health and Social Care. You will also have previous knowledge of providing detailed care plans, negotiating/communications skills whilst ensuring the needs of the clients are consistently exceeded.

In return you can expect a competitive basic salary between £24,000 and £28,000 per annum + annual bonus, above average holiday allowance and most importantly the opportunity to join an organisation that consider the client the priority at all times.
