Bedroom 2 is a medium sized single room with single bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and underbed storage. This looks out over the garden. The rent for this is £80 per week.
The house is 5 minutes walk from a corner shop, chemist and bus stop (regular 24 service and also N25). House is semi-detached, with large kitchen, living room and two bathrooms. There is also a large garden (with a garden shed) and a parking space. It’s in great condition and fully furnished. Available to Brighton and Sussex University students, pg or ug. The house is within walking distance of both campuses situated at Falmer. The rest of us are a mix of ug and pg from both unis, all friendly and outgoing, but also hardworking.We are searching for some fun, but at the same time quiet and considerate. All bills are included except landline telephone and internet (wireless already set up). Contract starts 1st of September 2008.
