Hi,

I have just paid a holding fee on a lovely 2 bed flat in Norfolk square close to all amenities, sea front and bus routes. Unfortunately the guy I was going to rent with has just let me down at the last minute.

The room is a double which leads out to a beautiful little decked courtyard. Flat incl. washing machine and bath/shower.

The room is £450 per month (not including bills). Deposit 1 months rent + £200 and there may be some agency fees.

Must be happy with occasional canine visitor of the cutest shi-tzu variety.

Male professional preferred as there is council tax.

I am a clean, quiet guy who works mon-fri, very laid back and friendly.
