I'm looking for a female flatmate to share my massive luxurious, centrally-located 2-bed flat.

It's a double room with a big south-facing window and brand-new furniture (double bed with pocket-sprung mattress, chest of drawers and enormous built-in cupboard).

The flat is really big, plenty of room for two people to spread out, with all mod cons including dishwasher, power shower, wi-fi, lots of heating, wood floors, freeview etc. in a purpose-built art deco block on Furze Hill. It's about 15 mins walk to either station, and just 2 mins to the beach and Hove Lawns.

I'm a professional female, 33, pretty easy-going, like reading, pubs, yoga, socialising etc - I'm out 3-4 nights a week. Looking for a female around the same age, cheerful, independent, clean and tidy (but not obsessive) who will be around for tea and gossip but has their own life as well.

Rent is £500 a month, plus a £75 contribution which will cover you for ALL bills - so £575 total. Plus one month's rent in advance as deposit.

The room is free right now, so I'm looking for someone who can move fairly soonish. Looking forward to hearing from you...
