Sous Chef 2 Rosette Country House Hotel
Our client is a gorgeous country house hotel and popular wedding venue based in a rural village location on the West Sussex / Surrey border that boasts a 2 AA Rosette Restaurant and a busy Conferencing and Banqueting department. Currently they are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join their team of 7 chefs.
You will have the added benefit of support from a strong and willing Head Chef whilst being responsible for assisting in the running of the kitchen on a day to day basis and maintaining the service and food standards in this successful kitchen. You will also be responsible for assisting with menu planning and financial and staff management.
To apply for this position you will have a minimum of 2 years Sous Chef experience in a fine dining or Rosette establishment, you will be passionate about fresh produce, be creative and innovative in your approach to menu planning and have a proven track record in running a profitable kitchen.
