The room will be yours until end of July with the possibility to extend with current housemates if you all end up loving each other!

The house is rented through Barrie Alderton, Hanover based lettings agency. One months rent, six weeks deposit plus 150 admin and checking fee required prior to moving in. Pretty typical of any Brighton based agency.
