Assistant Manager / West Sussex / Food Led Pub / £18,000 to £22,00 Depending Upon Experience

Deputy Manager required for food led pub offering top quality modern British cuisine. This is very much a hands on role so candidates will need to have solid experience across alls aspects of pub/restaurant management.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual who can help drive the business forward. This is definitely an opening for someone who enjoys pushing themselves. We are looking for natural charm and charisma, along with good knowledge of fine foods, ales and wines.

The successful applicant must have a proven track record working in a similar type of operation. Ideally we are looking for applicants who are able to think outside of the box and prepared to go the extra mile.

The salary is between £18,000 to £22,000 depending upon experience.
