I'm going away travelling for a couple of months so would like to rent out my room while I'm away. It's located in central brighton in the north laine so has the station, supermarkets, pubs all within 2 mins walk. The room is split level and furnished. The upstairs part has a double bed, a computer desk and 3 chest of drawers as well as storage space. The downstairs has a 3-seater sofa, an armchair and a nice view across brighton (hanover)

You will be sharing with 3 chilled out guys, all friendly 30ish and professionals. The house is recently renovated so has all mod cons as well as a roof terrace out the back.

Rent is £450 a month plus bills, deposit is £450 and the room is available this week until the 8th October.
