Michelin starred restaurant near Brighton, is currently seeking a full time waiter/ess starting 1st September 2009, for a minimum of 1 year.

The position will be offered on a live-in only bases, working 5 days out of 7, as per the weekly rota.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months previous experience.
