Jurys Inn Brighton are currently recruiting for the following position:

Sous Chef

An exciting new position has become available in this new 234 bedroomed property located in Brighton. The role will involve catering for the Innfusion Restaurant and Inntro Bar whilst also managing group dinners, together with taking responsibility for running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.

Applicants should have at least 3 years experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will display high standards in the quality of their work with attention to taste, presentation and all health and hygiene legislation. Good knowledge of H.A.C.C.P. is essential.
