Small double room in friendly young professional house share going. The room is sunny and has a big window giving onto the house's garden. We are currently 2 girls (28, 24) and a guy (23) looking for another house mate.
The house is on a nice street connecting Hartington rd to Elm Grove. Rent is 325pcm and then bills are split between us all, so it averages out to about 400£ a month.
The room is getting a brand new bed this week and is being refurbished by the landlord as this is being written.
