Finance Director
- To be responsible for all aspects of the strategic financial planning
- To operate as an active member of the Leadership Team and contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of the strategic plan.
- To take a strategic lead on the financial aspects of capital applications.
- To prepare the financial forecast and ensure that it is an integral part of the strategic plan.
- To lead on the preparation of the annual budget for submission to the Corporation for their approval.
- Monitor and update the progress of the organisation towards meeting its key financial objectives.
- To provide appropriate professional advice to the Senior Leadership Team.
- To represent the management on all relevant issues with external agencies and stakeholders.

Essential Criteria
A Qualified Accountant from a Public Sector organisation
Extensive Senior Management and presentations experience at board level
Proven Staff Management/team leadership skills
Previous experience of implementing and developing Strategic plans for the organisation
