Hi

We are 2 people with disabilities in our 50s in the Coldean area and are finding some household tasks increasingly difficult. Things like taking the rubbish out, moving things up or downstairs, hoovering, some cleaning.

So we are looking for a friendly active local person who doesn't mind smokers who can come round a couple of times a week to help for an hour or hour and a half each time. Exact hours are flexible.

If you think this would suit you please reply with some info about yourself and how much you would want per hour for the work.
