My client is a well established Property Management company located in Hove, East Sussex. Members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) they manage a large portfolio of approximately 600 leasehold residential properties in the Brighton and Hove area, but extending to London, Hastings and Bournemouth.

They currently have nineteen employees, comprising five property managers who deal with the day to day running of the buildings, three surveyors who handle the repair and maintenance of the properties, and four secretarial and support staff.

They are looking for a Residential Property Manager to deal with all aspects of the residential business, Good literacy and verbal communication skills are vital. Responding to letter and e-mail correspondence and speaking to clients and leaseholders forms a large part of this role.

This position will suit an experienced candidate with a proven track record in property management, accountancy or general practice surveying. You will need experience in the following:

Landlord and Tennant Law
Service Charge Accounts
Credit Control
Management Enquiries
Freehold Company Business
