Our client is a gorgeous country house hotel and popular wedding venue based in a rural village location on the West Sussex / Surrey border that boasts a 2 AA Rosette Restaurant and a busy Conferencing and Banqueting department. Currently they are recruiting for an Assistant C&B Manager.
Your primary focus will be Conference and Banqueting but you will also be operational within all outlets including Bar, Restaurant and Reception. You will be responsible for ensuring all the guests' needs are met at all times and ensuring a high level of service is provided.
A must for this great opportunity is a genuine passion for the industry; you will also be an individual that takes pride in your work and have experience at Assistant Manager / Supervisory level gained in a quality restaurant or hotel ideally where have managed functions. Additionally you will be smart in appearance, have a can do attitude and be open mind to change and development.
Our client can offer a basic of £18'000, a thriving team environment and a hotel that continues to go from strength top strength, training and development and 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
