We are looking for committed and passionate individuals to work on our bar during conferences and functions.

The primary focus of the roles will be to serve beverage to our guests, ensuring that we deliver fantastic, personal and memorable service at every opportunity.

We are looking for candidates with a good all round knowledge of food, beverage and wine and someone who is passionate about sharing this knowledge with guests and colleagues alike. You will need a great eye for detail and have fantastic organisational and communication skills.

The ideal applicants will have experience within a restaurant or Food & Beverage environment and be a role model for great hospitality service.
