Nice Single Room, Lovely house. Central Brighton (£380 pcm)
Hi,
We have a single room available from the 18th Nov (just under 2 weeks time !) lovely 3 bed house in central Brighton, couldn't be more central. On a quiet street , close to all shops, buses, trains & beach. Sharing with 2 others ( 1G, 1B late 20's , early 30's. (Health/Psychology) Female preffered but would consider another male.
Seeking independent, free spirited easy going chilled person who would fit in nicely. Would suit young professional or student.
The house has all mod cons including wi fi & a small garden. We are thinking of getting a woodburning stove for winter too to make it all the more cosy downstairs in winter.
The rent is £380 + Bills (council tax£60+water £20) + quarterly gas & electric
