Due to internal promotion and our continued expansion we now have a vacancy for a Dialler Analyst to play an integral part in our contact centre operation.
The role will focus upon optimising the performance of the outbound dialler and effectively supporting the delivery and distribution of calls into the outbound telemarketing team.
Key aspects of the role will include;
- Day to day management of the dialler (currently Rostrvm).
- Providing dialler strategy improvements to increase outbound lead generation
- Managing the distribution of calls into the Telemarketing team to compliment staffing levels
- Configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining the outbound dialler system
- Production of dialler MI to key stakeholders
- Analysis of MI and providing recommendations to the Telemarketing Manager to assist in maximising team performance.
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following:
- In depth experience of dialler operations
- Knowledge of the contact centre industry
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of MS Access and SQL
- Experience of dialler operations
- Ability to communicate at all levels both written and verbally
- Results focused approach and the ability to meet changing deadlines
- Analysis and numeracy skills
- Ability to assess situations and make appropriate decisions quickly
The successful applicant will also be required to work flexible hours to support the Outbound Telemarketing team opening times, Monday to Sunday
