Chef required to run shift on 1st November 2009 in pub located in village outside of Brighton. Sunday roast already prepared and must only carve and reheat meat, roast potatoes, heat vegetables and arrange roast on plates. Also, must be able to do fish&chips and burgers. Must be able to work on their own.

Possibility to work occassional shifts on Thursday night preparing steaks.
