We are looking for energetic, polite; service focused people to work in our Lounge and Bar department. You will be responsible for serving all lounge food and beverages to our guests. Excellent Customer service skills are essential!

This is an ideal opportunity for an applicant who has a minimum of 6 months previous food & beverage experience in either a 4 or 5 star hotel environment.

You should have good organisational skills, together with a keen eye for detail.

Being able to provide exceptional customer service to surprise and delight all guests of the Hotel is a must.

Previous experience is desirable for this role.
