With 80+ live campaign web sites and an ever-growing pipeline of new campaigns, the focus for the Development Team for the remainder 2008 is to make creating and maintaining campaign sites faster and more robust than ever.
This is an opportunity to fulfil a key role in the planning and releasing of new product developments for their Campaign Management Portal.
Working in an Agile environment.

They have built a new development platform based on CentoS Linux, Apache, Zend Platform, Code Ignitor, PHP 5 and MySQL 5. They are using Zend Studio as their IDE, and an SVN repository for source code control. They are also using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 for a data warehousing solution.

The other key change is the adoption of an Agile methodology (Scrum) for our new product development work.

You will have a track record working in a similar environment With client facing skills of the highest calibre.
A. Technical Responsibilities
1.Owns the Product Roadmap and Release Plans on behalf of the Business Owners

2.Assumes the role of Product Owner for the development team in confirming priority of work and committing to realisable iteration goals

3.Works with the business to capture requirements as User Stories

4.Works with the QA team to ensure the quality of software delivered is high through meeting the Acceptance Criteria

5.Production of Release Notes and user documentation for releases

6.Acts as Launch Manager for major software releases

2.Work with the senior team members to deliver high quality software in a predictable and repeatable way

D. Skills Required
1.Several years' demonstrable Product Management experience, ideally in an Agile software development environment

2.Strong business analysis and communication skills

3.Good understanding of database-driven web applications.

4.Demonstrates a structured and methodical way of working

5.Exhibits a high level of attention to detail
