Large single room in fully furnished house, tv, washing machine etc. £325pcm then bills are £25 a month on top. Both month rent to be paid on key exchange in cash. Bills to be paid to one of the current tenants who pays in their name.
Great location, Arnold street. 2 other people will be in the house. Bathroom has shower over bath.Small garden with washing line.
Looking for someone to rent room for 2 months between 1st July to 31st August.
